He aha te mea nui? He tangata. He tangata. He tangata.
What is the most important thing? It is people. It is people. It is people.
"There is a purpose to your life. You were born to fulfill that purpose in a way that no one else can. You bring to life talents, gifts and experiences like no other. Every experience is a key to your purpose, every talent a tool for your purpose. Each life a natural built-in reason for being. Purpose is the creative spirit of life moving through you from the inside out. It is the deep mysterious dimension in each soul, which carries with it a profound intuitive sense of personal identity."
The Keys of Jeshua, "The Soul's Purpose"
Once you can clearly understand the value of who you are you will truly appreciate your life."

Infrared Sauna - Detox Box
In an infrared sauna, the infrared heater produces radiant energy, which is the same as the heat from the sun, only without the harmful ultraviolet rays. The wavelength of infrared rays is 5 - 15 microns. Extensive research has demonstrated that this type of radiation is of most benefit to our body because of its therapeutic and tissue regenerative properties. This provides a soothing heat which penetrates deeply into joints, muscles and tissues speeding oxygen flow and increasing circulation.

Benefits summary of far infrared sauna
- Increase in blood circulation including microcirculation to all tissues and organs
- Accelerates healing
- Increased secretion of endorphins and other 'happy hormones'
- Stimulates release of toxins
- Increases metabolism
- Burning of calories for weight loss
- Cardiovascular toning and conditioning
- Discharge waste products via perspiration
- Boost immune function by stimulating production of white blood & killer T cells
- Release 'heat shock proteins', intensely stimulating to the immune system
- Shed old skin cells and improve elasticity, texture, tone, and colour of the skin
- Increase flexibility before exercise or yoga and reduce lactic acid build up afterwards
- Decreases the size of water clusters, thereby increasing mobility and penetration in and out of cells, stimulating the expulsion of previously stuck toxins
- Anti-microbial
- Reduces swelling
- Improves lymphatic flow and blood circulation
- Attracts calcium to cell membranes for healing
- Penetrates tissues and detoxifies cells by vibrating ionic bonds
Cautions when using the Infrared Sauna
- Metal prosthesis, pins, plates, screws or other implants (generally these devices reflect infra-red rays and are not heated but caution should be exercised).
- Do not use within 48 hrs of an acute injury (allow time for the inflammatory process to subside)
- Not advisable during pregnancy.
- Not advisable to be used by children or very elderly persons.
- Patients with haemorrhagic, clotting or bleeding disorders must not use the Infrared Sauna
- Avoid if you have hypertension or high blood pressure.
- Please avoid if you suffer from chronic conditions that are associated with impaired sweating.
- Women in the midst of menstruation may experience an increased menstrual flow temporarily whilst using the far infrared sauna.
- Do not use under the influence of alcohol.
- Do not use if you have a fever.
- Do not use if you have a pacemaker.
- Medications such as diuretics, barbiturates and beta-blockers may impair the body's natural heat loss mechanisma. Some over the counter drugs such as antihistamines may also cause the body to be more prone to heat stroke.

How to use the infrared sauna
- Ensure that you are adequately hydrated prior to using the sauna. This means that you should drink. Please drink water. Your infrared sauna will assist in weight loss, but it's not a good idea to replenish the lost calories with high-calorie drinks. Drink water. Do not take liquids into the sauna.
- The best way to use an infrared sauna is to do so with minimal or no clothes. The infrared rays do penetrate clothing, so wearing clothes will not totally eliminate the effects, but it is better not to wear clothing so that the rays penetrate the skin as well as possible.
- Most people allow their sauna ten to fifteen minutes to reach the desired temperature when they turn it on. You can start using the cabin during the time when it is heating up. This allows your body to get used to the increased temperature.
- You can open the ceiling vent to allow fresh air to enter. You will continue to enjoy the infrared sauna benefits even while fresh air is circulating through your sauna.
- Place towels on the bench seat and under your feet to absorb perspiration and maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the unit.
- Limit the use of lotions or oils prior to using the sauna, as these products block pores and limit perspiration. It is preferable to shower prior to having a infrared sauna session.

Enjoy!
