He aha te mea nui? He tangata. He tangata. He tangata.
What is the most important thing? It is people. It is people. It is people.
"There is a purpose to your life. You were born to fulfill that purpose in a way that no one else can. You bring to life talents, gifts and experiences like no other. Every experience is a key to your purpose, every talent a tool for your purpose. Each life a natural built-in reason for being. Purpose is the creative spirit of life moving through you from the inside out. It is the deep mysterious dimension in each soul, which carries with it a profound intuitive sense of personal identity."
The Keys of Jeshua, "The Soul's Purpose"
Once you can clearly understand the value of who you are you will truly appreciate your life."

Bowen Therapy
Bowen Therapy - Bowtech - The Original Bowen Technique
Bowtech is a gentle, effective, lasting, healing treatment for a wide range of problems and injuries that addresses every system in the body. The treatment is a highly rejuvenating, nurturing and relaxing experience.
The technique addresses not only the musculo-skeletal framework, but also the fascia, nerves and internal organs. The body's integrated response improves circulation and lymphatic drainage and aids in the assimilation of nutrients and elimination of toxins. It works on relaxing the mind and body tension. People usually experience a deep sense of relaxation, sometimes going to sleep during treatment, which facilitates the body's innate healing system, by letting go of tension and allowing the healing to take place.
The Bowen Technique is extremely gentle. The practitioner is skilled in sensing "tissue tension" enabling them to perform specific techniques to assist recovery, retrieving cellular memory of a preferred, relaxed, balanced way of wellbeing. It calms the nervous system, so stress can be dealt with more effectively.
Bowtech benefits:
- back pain and sciatica
- anxiety and stress related conditions
- digestive and bowel problems
- ear-ache, ear infections
- migraines and headaches
- fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome
- knee, ankle and foot problems
- menstrual and hormonal irregularities
- neck/shoulder problems including frozen shoulder
- hip pain, groin pain, pelvic tilt and uneven leg length
- respiratory problems
- RSI, carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow
- sports and accident injuries
A Bowen session initiates a cascade of beneficial changes that continue for several days. As applying other manipulative therapies during this time can interrupt this process and limit the overall effectiveness of the Bowen work, it is recommended that there is no other manual therapy used within five days prior or after the treatment. Due to this, it is not usually practical to use Bowen Therapy on our retreats unless it is a retreat focussed on Bowen Therapy as the main manual therapy.

"It is clear that in therapy.....a commitment to a purpose and to a meaning in life is one of the significant elements of change. It is only when the person decides ‘I am someone, I am worthy', that change becomes possible." Carl R Rogers |
