Life Coaching Day Visits

As we have no venue at present, these may be arranged in a suitable setting within your home for local people.  It would require a quiet and uninterrupted setting.

Based upon the teachings of Greg Neville ND who has spent over 20 years researching the emotional links to disease and what our body is trying to communicate to us through physical symptoms, stress, anxiety and depression.

I bring together this knowledge, skills as an experienced and qualified counsellor, and her intuitive guidance to work with you in the most holistic way possible, suited to your unique circumstances and understanding of yourself.

This is a purposeful series of Life Coaching and is based on gaining understanding about how our psychological wellbeing directly affects our physical and mental health.  They are based on the idea that there are specific psychological triggers that cause health conditions and there are also ways of undoing or neutralising them to restore health and well being. 

During your Life Coaching sessions with us we use a method to find out what existing beliefs systems you have that may be causing psychological stress and your current health conditions.  We can very quickly discover this by hearing some of the stories you tell and how you tell them.  We teach you what causes depression, anxiety and psychological stress and your present health conditions. 

We address the causes of psychological stress from belief systems that are common in society that are based on achievement, fear of missing out, that things should be different and that self worth is measured by your achievements and the value of your contribution to society and in your own life, and how that it is measured by others.  We then teach you how to neutralise it and grow and develop into the appreciation of life and living.

Correcting, new information and education is what can change your belief system into one that brings about a happier and more satisfying life even when times are difficult and more challenging.

We also will be looking into other aspects of life and offer you suggestions that may be of assistance for you regarding lifestyle, diet, physical health, extra support that you may find helpful on your journey into a greater appreciation of life.
